Community Association Management
Our Community Association property management team provides the board of directors with the guidance, experience and resources needed to build successful, efficient and harmonious communities. (Since 1972, our proven track record includes the following areas:)
HOA Accounting Services Our accounting department professionally administers all details pertaining to accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounts and tax accounts and using software specifically designed for property management. Detailed reports and financial statements are submitted to the board monthly along with the original paid invoices. WPI Maintenance Team (Optional) To ensure that the preventative maintenance plan is executed by accountable maintenance technicians who provide timely, reliable and quality work, WPI Real Estate developed a team of in-house maintenance technicians specifically to tend to the routine maintenance of our managed community association properties. All technicians are bonded, licensed and insured in landscaping, janitorial, carpentry, light electrical and plumbing services. In addition to competitive rates, all technicians are held accountable for their work based on client satisfaction. This is offered solely as a value-added option to our clients and not a requirement. |
