Luxury Estate at Hunt’s Point Washington listed for $85 Million

The most expensive home ever listed for sale in the Seattle area is on the market for $85 million. This Hunts Point property has celebrity history, having once been home to famed smooth jazz musician Kenny G. The current owner and seller is undisclosed, but over the weekend, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported the home belongs to cellular phone tycoon Bruce McCaw.

This spectacular estate on Lake Washington comes in at 17,600 square feet and is located on 4.3 acres with over 300 feet of lakefront shoreline. Designed by Richard Landry, this impressive sandstone and glass main residence rises above the lake, featuring uncompromising quality and pedigree. On the sprawling waterfront lot are amenities such as a tennis court; a pool, spa, and cabana; and a lake shore beach house that would be quite enough for many folks by itself. Pricey luxury estates in the Seattle and Bellevue have been in the news lately. Russell Wilson’s estate was placed on the market for $28 Million. There is another home for sale in Madison Park for $35,000.
