Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Bellevue Mansion sold for $21.5 million
May 17, 2024
Former Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and singer-songwriter Ciara sold their Bellevue waterfront mansion on Wednesday for $21.5 million. This sale price is $3.65 million below the original listing price of $24.9 million. Additionally, the couple sold an adjacent property in 2022 for $9.75 million, bringing the total value of their Bellevue estate to $31 million, according to King County records.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate had been on the market for two years. Carmen Gayton, the listing agent from Windermere, mentioned that the property was listed longer than anticipated. However, she emphasized that luxury homes often require time to find the right buyer who appreciates their value and beauty.
Wilson originally purchased the mansion in August 2015 for $6.7 million from former Microsoft employee Harish Naidu and his wife, Shalini Naidu. In 2019, Wilson and Ciara acquired the adjacent property for another $6.7 million from the estate of the late Jim Ellis, a key figure in the Lake Washington cleanup effort during the 1950s. A permit to demolish the home on that property was issued in 2020.
In March, the Broncos released Wilson, and he subsequently signed a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The couple also sold their Denver home for $21.5 million, which was below the $25 million purchase price in April 2022.
This stunning estate exemplifies luxury living, combining sophisticated elegance with the serene ambiance of a lakeside paradise.
