I had a great experience renting from WPI in the Spring of 2020 when looking for a new apartment to rent in the neighborhood. They were easy to communicate with, reasonable in their monthly pricing, and overall very professional. In particular my landlord (Don) was always easy to get ahold of and kept the property in great condition. Their online payment portal is also easy to use!
Overall I think this is a great management company and I wouldn’t hesitate renting a property under them if one comes up. It’s always better to go through a company when dealing with apartments and this one is great.
